Dancer
Lake Ridge is excited to announce that we are fostering a rescue horse. Her name is Dancer. She is a Paso Fino from Royal Blessing Rescue in Citra, Florida.
Welcome Dancer to your 2023 summer home in New Germany, Minnesota.
This is Dancer. When she arrived at Lake Ridge Gypsy Horses in April 2023. She weighted 739 pounds.

Dancer was surrendered in December of 2022 she was very underweight and not doing well. They put her on a special feed and supplements along with lots of love. By April she had gained 100 pounds! She still needed to gain more but she was making good progress.
Laura is working with Dancer doing some light lungeing to check on her soundness. She has a beautiful Paso Fino gait. SUPER SMOOTH!
Laura decided to be a foster parent and bring her to Minnesota where I have lots of thick Green Pastures.
Dancer and her Paso Fino friend Chica out on their new pasture for a few hours (end of April 2023). It is still chilly in Minnesota so Dancer is wearing a blanket.
Dancer is gaining weight! On May 28th she weighted 824 pounds by checking with a horse weight tape
I think Dancer is enjoying her summer home in New Germany, Minnesota.
